YINKA JUNAID
Yinka is a graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in History in 1988. His over 13 years working experience includes eight years at Rank Xerox Nigeria. This covered such areas as human resources management, the facilitation and co-ordination of Leadership Through Quality activities, the XEROX International adaptation of Total Quality Management (TQM)), sales, marketing and training. After Xerox. Yinka also worked briefly at Linkserve Limited, Nigeria’s premier Internet Service Provider where he served in various capacities which included; Pioneer Head of the Abuja branch, Head of the Dial-Up Business Unit and also, Coordinator, Channel Partners’ Program, the Linkserve Indirect Marketing Channel. Before setting up MCC, Yinka was a Senior Consultant with Vic Lawrence & Associates where apart from being a Programmes developer and facilitator, he also headed the Strategy & Business Support Group.

Yinka is currently the Managing Consultant of MCC.
 
OLATUNJI A. OPE
OLATUNJI OPE holds a BA in Philosophy and Sociology as well as an MBA in Marketing both from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Osun State. Olatunji has spent 9+ years in teaching, direct marketing and sales/marketing. This includes working with Million Mark Nigeria Limited, Xerox H.S Nigeria Limited and MTN Nigeria Communications Limited. His major work experience covered such areas of providing Xerographic Solutions as Accounts Executive, Document Management Solutions as IT Accounts Executive and Accounts Manager. Olatunji also worked with MTN Nigeria Limited as Channel Development Manager.

Tunji is the Business Development Director for MCC.
 
JIDE ADETUNMBI
Jide Adetunmbi is a 1984 graduate of English Language from the University of Ibadan. He later acquired a Master's Degree in Business Administration (with specialty in marketing) in 1999 from Delta State University. He started his working career as a classroom teacher at a private school in Ikoyi (Aunty Ayo Preparatory School) where he was between 1986 and 1989. He joined Rank Xerox Nig. Ltd. in 1989,where he rose from being a Salesman to the position of a Sales Trainer, a position he held for over three years. During this period he was opportuned to take part in several training sessions in several countries within and outside Africa both as a trainer and trainee. He left the training school to manage one of the three key Sales Branches of Xerox in Nigeria (Port - Harcourt). Thus Jide had the privilege of gaining experience as a Salesman, Sales-Trainer and a Sales Manager. He is therefore sound both in the theoretical and practical aspect of selling. Jide left Xerox to join Elizade Nig. Ltd. in the year 2001 as the Marketing Manager.

He is currently Head, Corporate Learning Development, MCC.
 
NIKE GBENGA – KEHINDE
Nike has a consuming passion for excellence and her major interest is using Information Technology to facilitate the institutionalization of companies in Nigeria. She has consummate experience in Accounting System and Internal Control. She worked with the Lagos office of Ernst & Young International for (6) six years before joining the restructuring management team of Linkserve Limited in 1997, where as Head of Finance & Admin, she was responsible for designing and implementing an efficient automated accounting, billing and Internal Control System for the company. These systems were rated highly by both an international accounting firm and a Venture Capital company in 1999 after a detailed scrutiny. Nike holds a B.Sc Hons Degree in Management and Accounting and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. She is a certified trained installer of Pastel Accounting Software and a regular participant in Lagos Business School finance related programs.

She is currently a member of the MCC Faculty.
 
YINKA OGUNDAISI
Yinka Ogundaisi’s early experience has been in sales, marketing and field sales operations in the service industry. He has held a series of management positions in various functions including; marketing, training, customer administration, sales and field operations. He has facilitated a number of programmes in the areas of Total Quality Management, Field Sales, Quality Improvement Processes, Strategic Management, Business Excellence and Management Effectiveness. Yinka has a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan, a pioneer graduate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), diploma in General Management and a diploma from the Institute of Marketing.

He is currently a member of the MCC Faculty.
